Arrive on Time

Doors open 10 minutes before class so you can check in, place your mat, props and begin to center yourself for class. Doors are locked 10 minutes after start time - this is for your safety, security and the consideration of others. If you have the instructors cell phone, as a courtesy, you can text and let them know you will be late.  If you need to leave early, please let the instructor know. They will put away your mat and props as to not disturb others.

Put away your Cellphone

To offer a distraction-free and calming environment, please put away your cell phone as well as silencing or shutting it off.

Studio Noise

We love our CommUnity and catching up with friends at the studio. However, we also want to create a space of calm and quiet, during class and especially at the end of class in our final relaxation pose (savasana). When there is a class starting or ending, please be aware and avoid being noisy in the reception area and hallway.

Aroma & Fragrances

Cleanliness and minimal fragrances/scents is greatly appreciated by all.

We Love our CommUNITY!

Be kind, helpful and supportive of each other. Make a point to welcome new members. We love to hear from you and encourage open communication and appreciate your positive feedback and constructive suggestions. There is a suggestion/comment/gratitude box and any reviews on Facebook, Yelp, Google and other social media are greatly appreciated!!

Always feel free to make modifications during class to honor your body. Remember yoga should not be painful. But, please follow the group as best you can. There is magic that happens when we have a combined effort.  If you have special considerations, please let the instructor know before class. Please arrive on time for class and avoid leaving early. Enjoy your practice and be grateful for the time and effort you have dedicated in strengthening your mind, body and Spirit. ~Namaste'
